SteadyStraps, creator engine
10 creators, one $14.97 strap, one target
A first roster for SteadyStraps: 10 creators, 7 videos each per week, paid on a fee and a cap, held to one number: $1 per 1,000 views.
- creators live by week six
- 10
- creator videos a month at the full roster
- 303
- weeks from the first creator to the full roster
- 5

Marble strap, one hand, no ring
A creator scrolls one-handed with the Black & White Marble strap on, then sets the phone on a wireless charger without taking the strap off. One take, natural light.

History
Former COO of Tabs. I built its creator program to 100M monthly social impressions, and the paid ad engine alongside it. The numbers below come from videos that program produced.
At Tabs the work was a creator program feeding a paid ad engine: creators make the raw videos, the best ones become ads. The same playbook fits SteadyStraps, a phone accessories brand with a catalog of designs at $14.97. I have not run this category, so on every claim I lean on your wording, not mine.

Why now
4.8
4.8 out of 5 stars on the page
The page shows 4.8 out of 5 stars based on 259 reviews. That is proof a creator can point at on camera, and it needs more faces.
Published$23.60
Bundle savings built for sharing
Mix and match any 3 straps and save $8.50, 4 and save $16, or 5 and save $23.60. A creator showing three straps has a story ready.
Published10%
Straps that donate 10% of sales
Autism Awareness, Mental Health Awareness and Sunflowers each state that 10% of sales go to a named cause. Creators active in those causes have a real reason to post.

Part 4 of 15
Principles
One variable per test
Each batch changes one thing: the hook, the strap or the setting. With 7 videos per creator per week, losers are killed early and winners go into the hook library.
Pay for output, then for breakouts
Pay is a fee with a cap per band. A flat $50 bonus on a video past 100,000 views rewards a real breakout without paying for hype.
Claims sheet before the camera
Creators quote only lines SteadyStraps already uses, like the line about plastic lumps and awkward rings. Anything else goes to the lead before filming.
One number to protect: $1 per 1,000 views
The Proposed target is $1. The simulator lands at $5.74 on my Assumptions, so the work is closing that gap, not hiding it.

#briefs
Briefs, drafts, reviews and the weekly numbers
MartaMon 8:30 AM
Brief for this week: one variable only, the hook. Show the Black strap in one hand while scrolling, then set the phone on the charger. Seven videos, due Friday.
JessTue 11:15 AM
Can I say the strap is ready for wireless charging without removal?
Yes, that line is on the claims sheet word for word. Say it as written, no extras.
ReportbotAppMon 9:00 AM
Weekly report posted: videos filed, views and cost per 1,000 views against the $1 target, by creator and by format.
MartaWed 2:40 PM
Draft back to you, Jess: the hook starts after three seconds of setup. Open on the drop fear line and cut the intro.
Got it. Reshooting with the strap on first and the hook in the opening line.
RuiThu 6:05 PM
My Paws strap video just passed 100,000 views, all organic. Most comments ask where to get the strap.
Great. Logging it for the $50 flat bonus and pulling it for a paid test.
CheckbotAppFri 10:00 AM
Pre-post check on Jess's video: claims sheet clean, no health words, price shown as $14.97, no discount code mentioned. Cleared to post.
The messages illustrate the working channel, with invented people: briefs go out on Monday, claims questions get an answer the same day, and nothing posts without the check.

Formats

Brief 01
The drop fear
“You’re Always at Risk of Dropping Them.”
Hold the phone over a couch, strap on, scroll one-handed. Close-up of the strap wrapping the hand. One take, natural light.

Brief 02
No lumps, no rings
“No plastic lumps. No awkward rings.”
Show the Black strap flat on the phone back, then in a pocket. Run a finger along the edge to show how thin it is.

Brief 03
Charger test
“100% Wireless charging ready without removal”
Phone with strap goes straight onto a wireless pad and the strap stays on. Show the charging indicator, minimal talking.

Brief 04
Pick your personality
“Find The Strap That Fits Your Personality!”
Lay out three straps from the catalog, pick one on camera and say why. Close on the Caribbean Beach strap in hand.

Brief 05
Bundle with a friend
“the best phone upgrade is the one you can share”
Two people, two straps, one swap. Spread three straps on a table. Mention savings only as the checkout applies them.
Every product line in a video comes off the claims sheet word for word, for example “No plastic lumps. No awkward rings.”, “100% Wireless charging ready without removal”, “Wraps around case through open ports.”. Product names are said as printed.
Part 6 of 15
Recruiting
Four sources in
People who already own a strap
Your page shows 259 reviews at 4.8 out of 5 stars. A short note to existing buyers is the cheapest first outreach.
Niche communities
Nurses, golfers, cyclists and runners: the catalog has straps named Nurses, Golf, Cycling and Running, so the fit is built in.
Cause-led creators
Autism Awareness, Mental Health Awareness and Sunflowers state 10% of sales go to a named cause. Creators in those causes post with a real reason.
Affiliate or ambassador page
I did not find an affiliate or ambassador page on the site, so there is no existing program to plug into. A signup page is the first thing to build.
Five filters, fewer each step
1Phone-in-hand footage
Past videos show a real phone in a real hand, filmed in one take, not a studio set.
2Weekly pace
Already posts often enough to file 7 videos a week without quality dropping.
3Audience fit
Audience looks like strap buyers: everyday phone users who scroll one-handed.
4Follows a claims sheet
Sends drafts first and quotes approved lines only. Tested on a short trial brief.
5Clean on category
No history of health, comparison or miracle claims in past posts.
Part 7 of 15
Who
Nurse on shifts
Scrolls between rounds and wants a secure one-handed hold.
Likely product: Nurses
Weekend golfer
Films on the course, phone in hand between holes.
Likely product: Golf

Films rides and shows the strap staying in hand at a stop.
Likely product: Cycling
Casual runner
Short clips on a run showing the phone stays in the hand.
Likely product: Running
Dog owner
Pet content where the phone is always out and always in use.
Likely product: Dogs Love Bones
Team lead
Leadership content creator; also a fit for the custom order of 100 or more with a logo.
Likely product: Leadership
Left off, every time
Always left out: creators who make health or germ claims, who compare the strap with other brands, who show prices or discounts the checkout does not apply, and anyone who cannot film one-handed footage. Category rule: no medical claims, ever.

Top-up to your cap
Bonus = band cap − base pay.
- One bonus per creator per month: a flat $50 once a video passes 100,000 views.
- The bonus is per video: the video itself must pass 100,000 views, not the month's total.
- Organic views only. Paid boosts of the same video do not count toward the 100,000.
- No bonus on a video that broke the claims sheet or the category rule, even if it took off.
Starter: $600 cap − $300 fee = $300 bonus; Standard: $1,000 cap − $500 fee = $500 bonus; Premium: $1,500 cap − $800 fee = $700 bonus.
The bonus pays for reach after the work is done, never instead of it. One bonus per creator per calendar month keeps it an incentive and keeps the program cost predictable.
Part 11 of 15
Simulator
On my Assumptions the program lands at $5.74 per 1,000 views against the $1 target. It reaches $1 if 4.2% of videos go viral, or if the median video reaches 21,711 views.

- 303
- Est. views / month

Above the $1 target at these inputs.
To hit $1, the roster needs about 10.1M views a month. That means about 4.2% of videos going viral, or a median near 22K views per video. That is why the day-90 gate exists: keep the accounts that clear it, replace the rest.
Proposed, not measured. Views = videos × median, breakouts at 10× the median, viral at 750K. Bonus: +$50 for a viral video, one per creator per month.
Part 11 of 15, continued
What moves the result
| If the median is | Views / month | Monthly cost | Cost / 1K | Hits target |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 750 | 1.4M | $10,050 | $6.96 | No |
| 1,500 | 1.8M | $10,050 | $5.74 | No |
| 3,000 | 2.4M | $10,050 | $4.24 | No |
| If the viral share is | Views / month | Monthly cost | Cost / 1K | Hits target |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 0.3% | 1.2M | $10,000 | $8.44 | No |
| 0.5% | 1.8M | $10,050 | $5.74 | No |
| 1% | 2.9M | $10,150 | $3.52 | No |
The math. Videos a month = 10 creators × 7 a week × 52 ÷ 12 = 303. Views per video = (1 − 4% − 0.5%) × 1,500 + 4% × 10 × 1,500 + 0.5% × 750,000 = 5,782.5; 303 videos × 5,782.5 = 1.8M views a month. Cost = 10 × $1,000 = $10,000 base + 1 bonus × $50 = $10,050. Cost per 1,000 views = $10,050 ÷ 1.8M × 1,000 = $5.74 against a $1.00 target. To hit the target, either 4.2% of videos go viral or the median video reaches 21,711 views, other inputs held.
Move the sliders and the label recalculates. The result is only as good as the guesses behind it, so the median views, the share of breakouts and the share of viral videos are marked as Assumptions until the first month of posts replaces them.

Warm-up
Claims sheet and first brief
Week 0: nobody is live yet. The claims sheet and the first brief are agreed with the lead, and three straps are picked for the first tests.
Month 1
Ramp to 10 creators
Two creators a week up to 10, over six weeks. Each files 7 videos a week. One variable per test, losers killed early.
Month 2
Full roster, hook library
All 10 creators live, 303 creator videos a month. Winning hooks go into the hook library and the weakest formats are cut.
Month 3
Paid test of winners
Videos past 100,000 views organic go to a paid test. The $50 bonus is paid once per creator per month.
Day ninety
Review against the target
We compare cost per 1,000 views with the $1 target and decide whether to keep, shrink or grow the roster.
Ceiling
$15,000 at the top cap
All 10 creators at the top cap, bonuses excluded, is $15,000. The simulator's base case is $10,050.
$15,000 Monthly ceiling, all 10 creators at the top cap, bonuses excluded Proposed
The roster grows by two creators a week, so hook performance can be read week over week instead of by anecdote.

Category rules
Phone accessories: rules creators follow
SteadyStraps sells a $14.97 strap and, separately, GermStopper copper patches from $29.95. The strap is a simple accessory. The patch carries germ wording that needs extra care.
Price as shown
Quote $14.97 for a strap and nothing else unless the checkout shows it. Bundle savings apply automatically at checkout, so creators never share codes.
Claims sheet only
Say only lines on the claims sheet, word for word. Anything else goes to the lead in the claims channel before the video is filed.
No health outcomes
Creators never promise health outcomes from a strap. Comfort lines stay as the brand wrote them, with no hand pain or injury talk.
Copper patch is separate
GermStopper germ wording is the brand's own and stays with the brand. Creators do not repeat 99.97% or any germ figure until the brand confirms it in writing.
Charity straps
Say a strap donates 10% of sales only for straps that state it, and name the cause exactly as the product page does.
Disclose and stay clean
Every video carries a clear paid-partnership label. No comparisons with other grips, no invented reviews. The only rating is 4.8 out of 5 from 259 reviews.
The brand’s legal team sets the final rules. This is the operating floor I’d start from, not legal advice.
